1. Returns & Exchanges Timeline

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or an exchange for your items.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns & Exchanges To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging with all Karibu tags still attached.

Items with any signs of wear, scent, fabric damage, or alterations will unfortunately not be accepted.
3. Inspection Upon Delivery (Crucial for COD)

We highly encourage our customers to check the product quality, fabric, and fit while the courier is at your doorstep.

If you decide not to receive the order during delivery, you can hand it back to the courier immediately, and you will only be responsible for paying the shipping fees.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns

If you wish to return or exchange an item after the courier has left, please note that the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Refunds Processing

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.

Once approved, we will process your refund. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via Instapay or Vodafone Cash within 3–5 business days.
